The PUF wall panel consists of a panel of three different layers of material.

The first layer: Al-Zn alloy coated steel plate

Second layer: PU foam 

The third layer: aluminum foil paper 

The PUF wall panel is easy to install, lightweight, and efficient. The filling system also uses a closed-cell molecular structure to prevent the condensation of water vapor. Its main use is in the large industrial construction industry. Such as cold storage, large stadiums, hospitals, old building renovations, schools, libraries, residential, and so on.

PUF wall panels are typically factory-made units that consist of an insulating layer of rigid PUF between two layers of metal sheet. It is highly suitable for faster construction, energy-saving, and economical in cost.

Available in 16mm thickness.

The core of the panel is rigid foam which is formed by a controlled reaction between two ingredients i.e an ISO CYNATE AND POLYOL.

Manufactured through a high-pressure injection process in an automatic hydraulic press.

Injected polyurethane insulation average density 40kg/m3.
